KA series electric portable piston air compressor introduction
1. Air compressor is widely used for pneumatic clamping for fixation, pneumatic tools, tire inflation, blowing process, paint spraying, abrasive blasting, fluidic element and other purposes.
2. Powerful large head with low speed is suitable for heavy load and can operate for long time continuously. High reliability and long service life.
3. With special design for the heat dissipation and airflow, low displacement temperature and high efficiency, and not easy for carbon deposition.
4. Adopt ring valve group type design, and the material is stainless steel valve plate steel. High-quality piston ring and air filter, etc. The crankshaft is treated with the high-frequency quenching and is specially wear-resisting.
5. Volume control can be conducted by pneumatically full-automatic way and electronically full-automatic way, namely, both pneumatic control and electronic control type (switched manually) and also can be conducted by smart control way (automatically electric control switch according to air consumption).
